These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, content, and features offered by Call My Astro (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "Call My Astro") through our website, mobile application, or other digital platforms (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. UPDATES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to periodically review this page for any modifications.

3. USER CONSENT

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

4. SERVICES OVERVIEW

Call My Astro offers both free and paid services. Free services include astrological content, daily horoscopes, and basic birth chart insights. Paid services include personalized consultations via call, chat, or video, detailed birth charts, compatibility reports, and remedial suggestions. Additionally, the Astromall provides astrological products such as gemstones and rudraksha. These services are intended for entertainment and guidance purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

5. REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

To access our services, you must create an account using a valid email, phone number, or social media account. Users who reside in jurisdictions where our services are prohibited, those who create multiple accounts, or individuals violating religious or cultural norms may be restricted from using our Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

By using our Platform, you agree not to share false, defamatory, or harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, spam or harass other users, use automated tools to scrape data, or promote illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or self-harm. Any violation of these obligations may result in account suspension or termination, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Fees for paid services are charged based on per-minute rates, subscriptions, or fixed pricing. Prices are non-negotiable. Refunds are not provided for completed consultations or processed orders. Partial refunds (credited to your Call My Astro wallet) may be considered in cases of technical issues such as dropped calls or poor consultant quality, provided the request is made within one hour of service completion. Subscription cancellations can be made via your account dashboard, though no prorated refunds will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

8. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Astrological guidance is subjective and based on individual interpretations; therefore, no guarantees can be made regarding outcomes. We do not endorse or verify the advice provided by consultants, and users should exercise discretion. We are not liable for platform downtime, data loss, or payment gateway errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for services within the last six months.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Call My Astro or its licensed partners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. RESTRICTED CONTENT & SAFETY

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child exploitation, grooming, and endangerment. Users promoting such activities will be reported to authorities. Additionally, prohibited content includes pornography, hate speech, terrorism-related materials, and dangerous products such as explosives or drugs. Users promoting black magic, witchcraft, voodoo, or tantric abuse will be banned.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In the event of legal proceedings, courts in Mumbai, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
