Refund and Cancellation Policy

You are eligible for a 100% (one hundred percent) refund under the following conditions:

1. Technical Glitches : If a technical glitch or problem is experienced within the initial 3 (three) minutes of a call, subject to our verification. However, if the call exceeds 3 (three) minutes, no refund will be initiated.

2. Request for Refund : If you seek a refund for any reason deemed sufficient, you must write to us at []( with a detailed reason for the refund request within one hour of the call. Our team will review the request and respond within 48 (forty-eight) hours with an update on the refund status.

3. Incorrect Data : No refund will be initiated if the data provided by you is incorrect.

4. GST on Puja Payments : There will be no refund of GST if the user has made a payment for a puja.

5. Refund Processing : All refunds will be processed back to the CallMyAstro wallet only, which can be utilized for availing our services. Once processed, the refund will reflect in the wallet balance within one hour from the date of refund initiation.

6. Deduction of Taxes : All refunds will be made after the deduction of GST or applicable taxes. In no case will taxes be refunded.

7. Maximum Compensation : The maximum compensation will be the cost of two minutes of the call or INR 100/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred), whichever is less.

8. Product Returns : All products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along with any bills and labels. You need to register a dispute by sending an email to []( with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 (three) days of delivery. Disputes registered after 3 (three) days of delivery may not be entertained.

9. Perishable Products : There will be no refund for any product that is perishable in nature.
